Telephonist / Control Assistant

Positions available from 16 hrs per week

Based at either our Bromley control room or our Petts Wood office we have positions available from just 16 hours per week. Full training is provided however you must be a competent windows PC user with excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality.

We operate around the clock so there are a variety of shifts available.

Controllers

Part time or full time

Based at our Bromley control room our controllers lead the team of telephonists, ensure the smooth running of the shift, manage the workflow and ensure the timely despatch of jobs.

Excellent customer service and driver management skills are required and you must have had prior experience of working in a control room although not necessarily as a despatcher.

We operate around the clock so there are a variety of shifts available.
